My Mission

Young graduate dentists need a plan to make their dreams a reality. In most cases these dreams will take many years to achieve. Once you have determined your personal and professional goals, then a methodical approach can be designed together with a mentor or coach. This plan may take many forms including gaining experience working for a dental practice management organization, becoming an associate in a private dental office, starting your own practice or going for advanced dental education. Mature dentists that have practiced for years may realize that their current practice situation is not what he or she expected. It could be that their practice has plateaued and is no longer growing as anticipated or that they have lost control of the staff and are working more to maintain the same income as last year.
